One of the largest cats I have seen - part lion cub, part Maine Coon, part monster from the Planet of the Unfeasibly Large Cats.
I lifted him up a foot off the ground yesterday to test my strength - he was too polite to object - and I can confirm he has some heft.

There is an awful lot to like about Istanbul - for example, the people there generally adore cats. Other cities also have their large populations of strays, but in Istanbul locals seem to almost worship cats.
