Wellcat Animal Rescue story.

Pauline runs the Wellcat Animal Rescue & Re-Homing Centre in Birmingham. She is looking after up to 120 cats, and has a good rate of success at finding new homes for dumped cats. But more and more are coming in every day, as people claim they can't afford to feed their pets any longer. Today she was called out to collect a cat from, and get this, a woman who lived on the 5th floor of a block of flats and had kept the cat on her balcony for the entire 5 years of its life, in the rain, the sun, and the freezing cold. On just a blanket. The woman was suprised when the animal attacked her this morning. Some people have no idea, and some neighbours should have reported this cruel treatment of an animal years ago, but then again - some people have no idea. Pauline's cat home is desperate for funds and is in danger of closing. Go to the website and maybe donate some money? Hmm?
